mandate
digital platform transformation
the business
covalense global had grown well beyond the story its website was telling.
its capabilities now spanned data, ai, digital platforms, enterprise systems and proprietary technology solutions. yet the digital experience still presented the company largely as a traditional services provider, making its breadth and innovation harder for enterprise buyers to see.
the website needed to reflect the business covalense global had become.

the digital brief
clarient was brought in to rethink the website across brand, content, experience and technology.
the work covered messaging, information architecture, ux, ui, development, cms migration and thought leadership. the aim was to make a broad technology portfolio easier to explore while creating a stronger foundation for publishing, lead generation and future growth.

Chief Operating Officer, Covalense Globalthe clarity gap
the problem was not a lack of information. it was that too much of the value sat behind the information.
services, industries, proprietary solutions, case studies and thought leadership all existed, but the relationships between them were difficult to follow. visitors had to spend too much time working out what covalense global did and where its capabilities could matter to their business.
the website needed a clearer hierarchy, stronger pathways into the portfolio and a publishing model that could keep pace as the business evolved.
the experience response
organize around how buyers explore
we restructured the site around services, industries, insights, and proof.
the new architecture gave enterprise visitors clearer routes into the business and made related capabilities easier to discover without forcing them through the entire portfolio.
turn technical depth into business meaning
service content was rewritten around the problems covalense global could help solve rather than relying on capability lists alone.
proprietary ai solutions were also brought into the wider story, making them part of the company’s transformation offer rather than a separate technology theme.
build a system that keeps pace with the business
reusable page structures, content types and ui patterns created a more consistent experience across the site.
the cms was designed to make services, resources, case studies and thought leadership easier for internal teams to publish and expand over time.

the impact
clarient reshaped the website into a clearer digital expression of covalense global’s business.
the new structure gave visitors a faster way to understand the portfolio and move towards the capabilities most relevant to them. six service pillars were reframed around clearer discovery, while more detailed service journeys gave buyers the context needed to understand how those capabilities connected to business needs.
content and design were developed as one system. messaging became more consistent across service, industry and solution pages, while repeatable components created a stronger visual rhythm across the experience.

the transformation also addressed what happened behind the website. more than seven cms content types were structured for scalable publishing, giving internal teams a practical foundation for adding and updating content without rebuilding page structures each time.
lead journeys were connected to the crm across gated resources and inquiry flows, bringing content discovery and conversion into the same digital system.
thought leadership, case studies and resources were given a clearer role within the site rather than sitting at the edge of the experience. this helped turn the website from a static corporate presence into a platform that could support ongoing publishing and enterprise engagement.
the result was a digital foundation that made Covalense Global easier to understand today and easier to evolve tomorrow.
